About Sondra Slivon

Sondra Slivon’s coaching practice is based on the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) approach, in which coach and client work as partners to envision, create and sustain the positive changes the client desires for themselves and their life. Sondra and her clients partner to co-create the coaching relationship, envision the life the client desires, identify desired outcomes and goals, and implement accountability structures to achieve them.
Professional Experience
Sondra’s professional background includes:
- Management, Marketing, Sales and Professional Development with National Geographic School Publishing, Hampton-Brown and Coca-Cola USA
- Public Education including roles as a high school administrator, a poverty awareness trainer/coach, a family engagement program manager and over eight years of classroom experience in the United States and Mexico
- Non-Profit work with United Way of Central New Mexico, where she served as Executive Director of Mission Families and Senior Director of Community Impact
Qualifications
Sondra has completed 120 hours of Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) training and is pursuing her Certified Professional Coach Credential (CPCC). She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and trained as a Spiritual Practitioner with the Centers for Spiritual Living. She graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in History and Psychology, earned a Master’s of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Elementary Education from National Louis University in Evanston, Illinois, and completed advanced graduate work in ESL and Bilingual Education at the
University of Colorado at Denver and K-12 Administration at the University of New Mexico
